Data-use notice

Privacy

Effective July 16, 2026

This notice explains how Wasatch Digital Assets handles information from people exploring an operator partnership and from visitors to this website.

Information we collect

When you submit the partnership form, we collect the details you provide, such as business and contact names, email, phone, trade, service area, license information, weekly capacity and your message. For partnership inquiries we also record limited attribution details, such as the referring page and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, to understand how operators find us. When you submit the privacy request form, we collect your email, request type and details. The website and its hosting providers may also record limited technical information, including IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps.

How we use information

We use submitted information to evaluate operator fit, respond to an inquiry and discuss a possible partnership. We may also use information to operate, maintain and protect the website, prevent misuse, keep appropriate records and meet legal obligations. Submitting a partnership inquiry does not give consent to unrelated automated marketing. We use privacy-request information to identify relevant records, understand the request and respond.

When we share information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, form processing, communications or security, but only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to satisfy a legal obligation or to protect people, rights and systems. We do not sell partnership submissions or provide them to lead brokers.

Retention

We retain inquiry and privacy-request information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and manage a potential relationship or request, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention periods vary with the purpose and context of the information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You may leave optional partnership-inquiry fields blank or decide not to submit an inquiry. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information, use the dedicated privacy request form below. We will evaluate requests in light of applicable obligations and records we need to retain.
